2. We know we disappointed you, but here’s what we’ve done to improve your online shopping experience with us. We have-

- Increased our courier fleet for speedy deliveries
- Scaled up our CS team for swifter response to queries and quicker complaint resolution
- We will keep you informed about website down time when we restock favorites or fix any issues
- Relaxed returns/exchanges policy even during sale

3. To make sure you don’t miss out on your favorites during sale, here’s what you need to do to:

- Please clear your cache and history before you land on our website
- Shop smartly – see our size chart and check all order details to avoid exchanges
- Take screenshot of your order number- you might need it later!
- Make sure to check-out ASAP so your products don’t get sold out (there is high traffic during sale)

4. Can’t find your favourite on our website, don’t lose hope! We also stock at Daraz and Studio by TCS!

3.Precautionary measures in place for you at stores

- Temperature check at the entrance
- Hand sanitizers installed at different spots in store
- To avoid congestion, specific number of customers are allowed inside the store
- So you avoid making queues outside our stand-alone stores,
- we have introduced virtual queues at the following GENERATION stores:

- Gulberg
- Zamzama
- Islamabad
- Faisalabad
- Rawalpindi

- How it will work:

- A standee with a QR code will be placed at the entrance
- Scan the code on it and get a waiting ticket on your device
- Wait in your cars or even make a quick detour to any other place if necessary
- When it’s your turn, a ticket will blink or bleep on your device

- Thermal scanners and hand sanitizers at entrance
- Frequent disinfection of touch-points
- Water dispenser for hydration
- Hand sanitizers installed at different spots inside the store
- Store staff trained on
- Covi-19 precautions Face masks for store staff
- POS disinfected after every use
- When it’s your turn, a ticket will blink or bleep on your device

4. Precautionary measures for you to take while shopping at stores

- Wear masks to stores is compulsory
- Use sanitizers available at the door while entering and exiting the store
- Avoid bringing children and older people for shopping
- Avoid using try-rooms
- Avoid touching clothes unnecessarily
- Maintain a 2 meter distance from anyone around you, at all times

5. Returns/Exchanges

- Products purchased during sale at stores can be exchanged within 10 days, in case there is an issue of size or quality. Please provide receipt at the counter.
- We’re very flexible with our returns/refunds and expect you to ensure that:

- Product(s) is/are unused
- The price label/tag is not removed

- Products purchases online, if wrongly delivered, can be exchanged at store- though we don’t encourage it. Please provide consignment note as proof of order, at the counter (this note will be attached to your parcel)
