Store Pickup

 

SELECT “STORE PICKUP” ON CHECKOUT

Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout – from there, if the selected product is available at stores, you’ll receive the store pickup option (if not, you will only see the Home Delivery option), select your desired city and store location. You will also receive an order confirmation email. If you will place your order by 6 00 PM or sooner, it will be ready the same day. If you placed your order after 6 00 PM, it will be ready within 2 hours after store opens the following day.

WAIT FOR YOUR "READY FOR PICKUP" call and Whatsapp!

Once your order is ready, you will be notified by our store representative via a call or Whatsapp. The store will hold on to your order for 1 day.

ARRIVE AT THE STORE AND CHECK-IN

Please refer to the pickup location listed in your email and once you arrive at the store, please confirm arrival in response to the call/ Whatsapp message received, and our representative will bring the order(s) out to you. Please verify the contents, acknowledge receipt and make payment via cash or credit/debit card without even stepping inside the store! If you prefer stepping in, we would be happy to help you at the counter too.

Please note that the Bank Transfer or paying online via Debit/Credit Card option is currently not available for Store Pickup.
