RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We believe in giving you the best online shopping experience, but we realize that we have limitations and there can be times where you might face issues with the orders you receive. Fear not! We have a flexible return and exchange policy!
You can always exchange items if they are defective or sent incorrectly. In order for us to facilitate you with this, please ensure that
- product is unused
- the price label is not removed
- you have the purchase invoice and
- the return is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order
You can either have your style(s) exchanged at your nearest GENERATION store or if there’s none in your city, please ship the article to our warehouse (Address: GENERATION Head Quarters 20 KM Ferozepur Road, Lahore) after emailing us a written record of the reason for exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Items that have been used will not be accepted as exchange. Items which have any kind of stain or mark, emit body odour or perfume scent, have been intentionally damaged will not be accepted for exchange.
In case the item is no longer available, exchange can be made with a different item at its current price.
All merchandise shipped in defective condition may be exchanged at your nearest GENERATION store or if there’s none in your city, please ship the article to our warehouse (Address: GENERATION Head Quarters 20 KM Ferozepur Road, Lahore) after emailing us a written record of the reason for return within 24 hours of receiving the order, with proof of defect. Please note that you must have the receipt for the order.
In case there is no stock left in the desired style, GENERATION will issue one of the following to the customer:
- Offer to exchange with another style.
- Provide a Promotional Coupon which offers online store credit, which is equivalent to the cost of the item to be returned.
- Free shipping for the next order placed (for international customers)
Please note that no cash refunds will be made.
For international customers
While we do not exchange for orders shipped internationally, we will refund items that have been wrongfully delivered for its amount alternately the customer can apply for free shipping for the next order.
Most refunds will process in approximately 2–3 weeks after the complaint has been forwarded. Additional processing delays may occur and we will keep you updated about them. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
In cases where the item is out of stock or the order has been cancelled, a refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment.
