RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We believe in giving you the best online shopping experience, but we realize that we have limitations and there can be times where you might face issues with the orders you receive. Fear not! We have flexible returns and exchange policies!
You can always exchange items if they are defective or sent incorrectly. In order for us to facilitate you with this, please ensure that
- product is unused
- the price label is not removed
- you have the purchase invoice and
- the return is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
You can either have your style(s) exchanged at your nearest GENERATION store or if there’s none in your city, please ship the article to our warehouse (Address: GENRATION Head Quarters 20 KM Ferozepur Road, Lahore) after emailing us a written record of the reason for exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Items that have been used will not be accepted as exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for exchange.
Items will be exchanged at current prevailing price. In case the item is no longer available, exchange can be made with a different item at its current price.
While we do not exchange for orders shipped internationally, we will refund items that have been wrongfully delivered in terms of size, color or silhouette for its amount or the customer can apply for free shipping for the next order.
All merchandise shipped in defected condition may be returned at your nearest GENERATION store for refund or if there’s none in your city, please ship the article to our warehouse (Address: GENRATION Head Quarters 20 KM Ferozepur Road, Lahore) after emailing us a written record of the reason for return within 24 hours of receiving the order, with proof of defect. Please note that you must have the receipt for the order.
For all refund requests against debit/credit cards or coupon codes (in the case of Cash on Delivery), due to defected products and/or wrong shipments, GENERATION will issue one of the following to the customer:
a. A full refund of the dress as online store credit in the form of a promotional coupon. The customer may buy any new item from the store and apply the coupon code on the check-out page to avail their credit (for local customers)
b. Free shipping for the next order placed (for international customers)
Please note that no cash refunds will be made.
Most refunds will process in approximately 2–3 weeks after the complaint has been forwarded. Additional processing delays may occur and we will keep you updated about them. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
In cases where the item is out of stock or the order has been cancelled, a refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment.
